However, it is very concerning that you have recurring swelling and this could be a sign of infection or an adverse reaction to the filler. Thank you for your question and for posting your photo.  I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing complications from your prior Juvederm treatment.  It's impossible to make an exact diagnosis without assessing you in person.  That said recurrent swelling at filler injection sites is very concerning, and could be a sign of a deep infection or a reaction to the Juvederm itself.  I would recommend that you schedule a second opinion with a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon with extensive experience in filler injections and management of complications.  I hope you feel better soon!
