I have had juvederm fillers done twice before and had no problems. Weeks After having it done the 3rd time I saw my lip get incredibly swollen. I thought I ate something bad so I took medication given to me from the doctor which helped. After it clearing, again 2 weeks later it happened again whilst being on holiday. I saw a doctor who gave me medication which worked . But now again the swollen lip has returned and it's really getting me upset as I don't know what's causing it. Please help!

Thank you for your question. It is unlikely that your Juvederm is responsible for heart palpitations or your other symptoms. I would recommend that you go to the emergency room if your symptoms persist, as these could be signs of a serious medical issue.
No problems, especially in 2 weeks. The ones I worry about are patients who come to see me from Interstate or Overseas for fillers and depart within 24 hours. The reason being is that swelling etc.. bruising will all settle down. For advanced fillers, even if we are super careful using ...
Alot of times when you read the fine print on the demo flyers in the office you will see that the patients used 2-4cc of filler to achieve the results they desired. You may just need to have more filler injected in each side as 0.5cc is not alot.
