Uneven & dark after transconjunctival blepharoplasty - what's the problem & how to fix it?

İ had a transconjuctival blepharoplasty 5 month ago . My surgeon has only remove sone fat and repose the rest . İ have a dark line in the middle and uneven area..i have Some fat pads ot swelling. Can it be a scar tissue ? İts feel in the line area tighten and its feel like a pressure there . What is the problem. ? What is wrong ? Had my surgeon repose the fat at a wrong area ? Please help i know revision is not easy . Thank you
