How can I remove beauty spots from face? (Photo)

Question

Hi, Im in my early 30's and got some beauty spots on my face that really bothers me. They came one by one during the last 10 years and all of them are flat and doesn't hurt. Is the only way to remove them by shaving or surgical cutting which leaves a scar? I've tried laser one time but it didn't do anything so i didn't return to the place. Thanks in advance

Mole removal begins with a comprehensive examination and consultation to determine the likelihood of a mole being worrisome. Excisional and incisional biopsies are reserved for suspicious moles. But it’s good news that most moles are not problematic and are only cosmetic, thus leading to the option of scarless or non-surgical mole removal with lasers and RF and plasma. Our office specializes in non-surgical mole removal.

Thank you for your question and photographs. It's difficult to evaluate your skin through this type of forum. The brown lesions can be moles, which in my opinion, should be surgically removed and no laser removal because if there are any abnormal cells within those moles, it can be missed. I highly recommend you consult with a board certified dermatologist in your area to have your skin evaluated and to discuss appropriate treatment options. Take care and good luck.
