It is best to check the ASPS and the American Board of Plastic Surgery websites  for a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area who perform such procedures. Otherwise, as you stated, there are several prominent surgeons performing such work around the areas, if you are willing to travel. Good luck and best wishes!

My advice would be to go to a major city and see a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in FTM top surgery.  Some of the world best plastic surgeons are in New York and California. 

FTM top surgery is a very specialized form of breast removal with reconstruction of the male chest shape. Most plastic surgeons perform this operation very infrequently and it is worth your extra effort to seek out and go to a plastic surgeon that makes this operation a substantial part of his practice. You will want to consider factors such as ease of travel, cost of travel, patient satisfaction and coordination with your other physicians.

Typically patients may have to travel in order to have surgery performed by a plastic surgeon experienced in this procedure.
