Keloid on my areola, very close to my nipple which is making me insanely scared - how can I treat this? (Photos)

It started as a very tiny dot keloid without any previous injury or scaring. I went to the hospital to get it checked and i was convinced it was nothing. Later on it started growing wider so i went back to the hospital, i did a soft tissue scan and it was still nothing. Now it has grown even more and it’s scaring me. I have never had any procedure done, i came across this platform on my search for finding what this problem is as no one seems to know what is happening to my areola. Please i need help.
