With a sliding genioplasty, some fat removal or dissolving injections along the jawline and chin? As you can see from the photos, my chin is very flat, fatty and U-shaped. My jaw isn't very wide but the angle isn't very feminine or distinct. Could a mini-v line or full v-line address these concerns? I'm thinking of getting fat dissolving injections for my jawline/chin first, so I can better see the natural angle to decide from there.
