For significant improvement, hooded eyelids require surgery if there is enough skin. For nonsurgical treatments: Radiofrequency (Thermage or Venus Legacy/Viva), injectable fillers, and a Botox brow lift can help contour the eyebrows and lift the eyelid skin. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer.
Thank you for submitting your question and photos. You are likely a candidate for a blepharoplasty procedure to correct hooding and improve a droopy upper lid. This eyelid surgery addresses the area around the eyes by tightening loose muscles, repositioning fat, and removing excess skin as necessary. This approach may result in a refreshed and rejuvenated appearance that can last for approximately 5-7 years. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can assess your needs and help you decide on the best approach.
Hello @Mizcentrik thank you for your question and showing your pictures. A superior blefaroplasty and a trans conjunctival inferior blefaroplasty will be more beneficial than an eyebrow lift, since the eyebrows still have good projection with the eyelid. For more information and recommendations, it is best to consult one or several board-certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS

Thank you for your question. As long as the brow lift is performed in a conservative manner, ptosis shouldn't have any impact. Hope that helps, and all the best. -Dr. P
Yes, no problem. Lowering a brow lift is not difficult at all. It is readily done in almost every case.
