Belly button reshaping - reduce the fat surrounding the rim of the belly button?

What can I do to reduce the fat surrounding the rim of the belly button ? Is there a procedure that can make my belly button more into a innie what method can be used? This makes me very insecure especially when my stomach gets bloated it protrudes more outward.

Umbilicus comes in many different shapes and it is impossible to have one way of treatment to deal with all possible issues. Most of these surgeries, like in your case, may be done in local anesthesia.
