Hi, I was recommended to do vaser lipo if I'd like to remove fat from waist (not love handle), however, I'm not a fat person, my waist is currently 23inch in length and I'm only 21 inch when I was slimmer. does vaser lipo work on me if I still want to reduce a bit fat from my waist even when there are not much fat? Would it be easier lead to uneven shape due to higher chance of over lipo? I want to do it o achieve my desired body shape, Thank you very much, doctors.
Answer: Too thin for lipo Obviously you are a well informed patient given your concern about “over treatment “. Given the fact that you are petite and your problem is focal I would suggest that you consider treatments that help small areas for small patients like: Vanquish (destroys higher percentage of fat cells) vs Coolsculpting.

Answer: Vaser Lipo for thin people Hi, for small areas that has never gone with diet vaser liposuction is good option. With classical liposuction, fat is removed by pulling off the nerves and veins with the grater-like knives on the tips of the cannulas. This is why subdermal bleeding followed by excessive bruises, post-operation severe pain, numbness in the skin that takes time to recover and wavy looks can be observed due to the subdermal bleeding. Today, these problems are eliminated to a great extent with Vaser applications. The probe with no sharp part on its end wander around fats, moves through the path opened by sound waves, and after this stage, fats in liquid form are sucked and removed from an incision of 3-4 mm with the help of a thin straw-like cannula (Vent X cannula). Fats removed are not damaged and can be used for fat injection into the other parts of the body, when required. Persons can combine a Vaser Liposuction operation with breast augmentation or breast reduction operations.

Answer: High Definition VASER Liposuction High definition VASER liposuction is excellent for removing that last bit of stubborn fat, but I encourage you to consult an experienced VASER surgeon. The Gold Standard for superior liposuction results requires use of the advanced technology of ultrasound assisted VASER liposuction. As an official trainer of VASER liposuction, I perform full body liposuction cases every week. VASER liposuction has been the only modality that has consistently resulted in outstanding liposuction outcomes. VASER liposuction ensures a smooth contour regardless of degree of excess fat by virtue of being able to remove any and all remaining fat comprehensively and uniformly. If skin redundancy is observed, Renuvion technology can be simultaneously applied to tighten your skin to optimize your overall contour outcome. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a VASER specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
