I like how my face thinned out when I got around 28. Despite my haggard appearance I prefer it to the chipmunk look I had when I was younger. Due to this I want to avoid using filler to treat my nasolabial folds and other lines around the mouth. I also see slight jowling. Would a cheek lift be a good idea? A mini face lift? (Though I've read since mini facelifts don't address SMAS they don't last as long.) Maybe even a traditional facelift?
