Lip fat transfer revision question - should I have liposuction performed on my top lip, under my nose? (Photos)

It has been over a year since I’ve had a lip fat transfer. The problem that I am encountering is that the area under my nose and above my top lip is now puffy. The plastic surgeon who performed my lip fat transfer has informed me that he can try to lipo suction that area but that I may be left with internal scarring. Also, I would be his first case as he has never had a case where the black arrows are pointing to remain permanently swollen. Has any doctor experienced this before? If so, how was it fixed?
