Based on your post photos, I would treat that area when the end laser under local anesthesia at least 2 to 3 sessions. Fee per session $1000. Best of virtual concert with.

This area typically doesn’t have much subcutaneous fat.
The chance of being able to Liposuction the Grafton fat is going to be technically difficult or impossible.
Maybe your surgeon knows things I don’t.
That said I think it’s going to be difficult to get the result you’re hoping for.
Without seeing a set of quality before and after pictures, we can’t really make a good assessment.
It seems like your upper lip is larger than your lower lip, which is highly unusual.
I generally always maintain the upper lower lip ratio treating both upper and lower lips when doing a lip volume.
