How do you get rid of underarm scarring? Are there any solutions to make the scarring go away? (Photos)

As a young girl, I have been violently itching my underarms due to the chemically made deodorants I used and my sensitive skin. I thought it was normal, but I soon found dark discoloration in my underarms and I realized it came from scarring.
