Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. As the skin stretches, it can cause the sensations of itching and/or burning. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist for after care. Thank you for your photos and question. It appears your scar has been stretched unfortunately. This can lead to the itching and burning you are reporting. I would recommend using Embrace scar therapy as soon as possible. You can research about it below..I would also recommend you return to your surgeon to follow up at your earliest convenience.
