I had a tiny sebaceous cyst removed and the resulting scar after stitches has opened. It itches and burns after 6 weeks (Photo)

I actually had it done twice (2nd time to fix the scar) fro same surgeon, same sutures. Why did this happen? Am I allergic? The first picture is how it turned out the first time, second picture is second attempt right after stitches removed, third picture is now. Can it be fixed. Im embarrassed to wear a bating suit or tank top now.
