Just a word of caution; the use of permanent fillers can translate into complications, such as nodules and grandules, even five, ten or twenty years later. And, unlike HA fillers for which there is a dissolving enzyme should anything go wrong or the result not acceptable, permanent fillers, like Bellafil, have no such enzyme and to date cannot be dissolved should the need arise.
