Hi there, I had rhinoplasty 20 years ago and believe I have a silicone implant. I'm interested in using Bellafill to raise the tip of my nose to make it look more pointed and slightly smaller, but I don't want to undergo surgery or revision rhinoplasty. Additionally, one of my nostrils is asymmetrical—can Bellafill help correct that as well?

Just a word of caution; the use of permanent fillers can translate into complications, such as nodules and grandules, even five, ten or twenty years later. And, unlike HA fillers for which there is a dissolving enzyme should anything go wrong or the result not acceptable, permanent fillers, like Bellafil, have no such enzyme and to date cannot be dissolved should the need arise. 
You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert about the use of an appropriate HA filler to suit your current aesthetic goals. Hope this helps and best of luck.
