I want to increase my XXL implant expanders but the valve is inaccessible. Can I move the implant manually by pinching? (photo)

Hello, I have xxl implants expanders (saline) I wanted an increase, but the left implant has moved and the filling valve is inaccessible. How to move the implant? I may have an idea, pinching the skin and the implant at the same time, then turn it (see photo montage). What do you think ? Thank you in advance for your answers .
