Hello, I have xxl implants expanders (saline) I wanted an increase, but the left implant has moved and the filling valve is inaccessible. How to move the implant? I may have an idea, pinching the skin and the implant at the same time, then turn it (see photo montage). What do you think ? Thank you in advance for your answers .

Without examining you it is difficult to give advice. The exact location of the valve as well as the quality of your skin and the current size of the implants will factor in. I'd suggest booking an appointment with your surgeon to be examined and get advice from the person who put them in and knows them best.
