How can I get rid of the bad result of eyebrows transplant? (photos)

Question

I got an eyebrows transplant a year and half ago, now the skin is no more homogenous u can see bumps as if the hair follicules are not deep enough. I really miss my soft skin there, even when i try to use eyebrows pencil they look worse. I thought of removing them bk but im afraid of scars or of removing the gd and bad follicules together. Any advices?

2 visible issues:1.  cobblestoning of your brow skin due to contracture and scarring.   This can be improved by massaging, use of needle rollers, use of hydrocortisone cream.2.  2nd issue is misangled follicles, use of heavy follicles, lack of sufficient density in the head and tail of the brow.  You will need to soften those follicles and the most precise way to do this is by use of electrolysis to select specific follicles and soften them.  this will improve the appearance.

You can pluck the eyebrow hair you don't like and keep plucking them out and eventually they will not return.  Then see another surgeon with a great deal of experience in eyebrows
