I finished Accutane few years ago, I used it for 5/6 months and now I'm having back some acne. I want to know if there is any cream to use to prevent acne and to dry the skin as accutane used to do. Something to use before makeup.

Some patients can have very extreme side effects to oral isotretinoine (Accutane). Although you may be on an appropriate dose, your doctor can reduce your dose and extend the treatment for a longer time. This will still give you the same benefits, and reduce the side effects.
It is possible to experience back joint pains while on Isotretinoin. You should stop the exercises that cause pain until you can be examined by your primary care physician. Additional lab tests may also be indicated. Please be sure to be seen by a Board Certified Dermatologist.
