I've gone through several bottles of Latisse and it has worked well for me every time. I used it on and off but have always gotten results in as early as 4 weeks. I was off it for a year until I decided to pick it up again over a month ago, at the same time that I was put on Spironolactone (25mg) for my skin. I've been expecting to see a little result from Latisse by now, but I haven't, so I'm wondering if being on Spiro has a possibility of affecting eyelash growth or Latisse in any way. Thanks

Answer: The eyelash grow rates can vary depending on where you are in the eyelash growth cycle.
If you are experiencing eye irritation, discontinue use of Latisse. Flush eye with water or normal saline daily and schedule an appointment with an ocular specialist. Try not to rub your eye as this will cause more irritation. Keeping the eye closed can help to flush out any foreign objects...
Latisse does not cause wrinkles. It can cause darkening of the eyelid where it is applied. If you are concerned you are experiencing a symptom of Latisse discontinue use and schedule and appointment with the clinic where you purchase the product. Best.
Latisse is the only FDA approved product for eyelash lengthening and thickening. Latisse has been studied to show significant improvements in eyelash growth. It might be worth it to go with a brand that has been demonstrated and so frequently used. All the Best.
