Recommendations for how to make pockets/bumps near the corners of mouth less visible? (photos)

I’m in my mid twenties and noticed these bumps forming near the corners of my mouth the past couple years. They are symmetrical on both sides and are more noticeable when my face is relaxed. What procedures would help make these less visible?
