My DR told me to just wear my faja and it would go away when I brought this to her attention, which obviously isn't the case. It looks worse the more weight I gain in my stomach, and is less noticeable when I am slimmer. It's like fat will not grow in that area of my stomach. There is no pain involved. I really appreciate any response
Answer: What to Do About Your Stomach After Too Much Liposuction Thank you for question regarding what to do with your abdomen after a brazilian butt lift. Thank you also for your picture and for describing your abdomen after liposuction. In my opinion, based on your picture and your history, you have excess skin of the abdomen. The more weight you lose or the more liposuction that is to be performed, the worse your abdomen is going to look because of the excess skin. Bottom line: the abdominal skin needs to be removed. Therefore, I would suggest a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty so that the abdominal skin can be removed and the abdomen can be permanently flattened. I hope this helps and I wish you the best of luck. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen. Answer: Skin laxity, redundancy, after liposuction It is not predictable whether skin of the liposuction areas will retract completely after surgery. Unfortunately, you did not provide your before surgery photos to see how much of skin redundancy and laxity you had before liposuction. We usually inform our patients with significant skin laxity that if skin does not retract sufficiently 6 months after liposuction surgery, skin removal by means of abdominoplasty (TT) may be needed. Weight gain may further worsen situation. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon about abdominoplasty is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: BBL results Dear Anqelic, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Contour Irregularities Post BBL The definitive correction for liposuction deformities requires the advanced technology of ultrasound assisted VASER liposuction. As an official trainer of VASER liposuction, I encounter suboptimal liposuction outcome referrals weekly. VASER liposuction has been the only modality that has consistently corrected liposuction caused deformities. VASER liposuction ensures a smooth contour regardless of severity of contour irregularities by virtue of being able to remove any and all remaining fat comprehensively and uniformly. Finally, when skin redundancy irregularities are observed, Renuvion technology can be simultaneously applied to tighten your skin to optimize your overall contour outcome. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a VASER specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
