Sickle cell can have lipo360/BBL surgery if Hb above 11.0 in blood tests. If the HB is chronic low then surgery can not be offered. Non Surgical BBL is with Sculptra or Radiesse or combination. These injections are rather expensive and would need multiple sessions to obtain acceptable results. The costs would range in the $20,000++ ranges. A full written clearance from the hemotalogist would be required, btw.
