I have had my front tooth bonded 2 times and i chipped the tooth again. Do I get another bond or try a crown or veneers?

Hi there, 
Sorry to hear you're having this issue with your front tooth.  I recommend TWO things here.  
First, make an appointment with your primary care physician to have your blood iron checked.  People that habitually chew ice will often times have a condition called pica.  Pica is when people have a tendency to crave substances other than food, due to an underlying medical condition.  That underlying medical condition is often times low blood iron and that non-food substance is often times ice.  I'm not saying that you definitely have an underlying medical condition, but your ice habit makes gives me reason to have you follow up with blood work.  
Second, I would definitely recommend replacing the bonding with an actual porcelain veneer on the tooth that keeping chipping and at least one more porcelain veneer on the neighboring tooth to give a natural appearance.  Bonding is considered more of a temporary fix and the fact that you got nearly 8 years out of having it done twice, you should be thankful and now fix your tooth permanently with a veneer or crown.

the answer to your question completely depends on the amount of enamel left on your teeth.
veneers unlike crowns are more fragile and rely on enamel bonding.new material have a lot more durability. 
your dentist should choose the material very carefuly ignorer to get more durable results.
