I chewed ice for years and it caused my first bond to break 6 yrs later. The dentist told me when she rebounded the second times it would probably not last as long and it broke after 2 yrs. she sugggested veneers for my front 2 teeth not just the one to look more proportional and my other front tooth is starting to rotate slightly
