I had braces twice with the same dentist once when I was 12 took the braces off a year and half later. By junior year high school had them put on again.( Not going back to this dentsit again)Now years later I'm 24 I noticed how my arch is very narrow, I can't breathe as well through my nose and have problems grinding my teeth. Will getting Ortho again and expanding my arch be a good choice or DNA appliance be better?

Moving your teeth with either braces or any kind of "appliance" will not help with tooth grinding or a clogged nose.  Braces or an appliance WILL move your teeth to make them better aligned and look better in photos but they do not change the actually bone in your jaw (or at the base of your sinus)  You have already experienced two rounds of orthodontic treatment that failed.  Find a board certified orthodontic specialist (not a general dentist) and get real answers to your problems.  Then see and ENT for your nasal problems.
