Can your palate even be expanded at 60? Experiencing extreme TMJ issues with ear pain and vertigo. What’s best ? Braces, surgery, a night guard or can I get my teeth pulled and will dentures correct my bite? One orthodontist said palate expander and braces but I don’t want to deal with that for two years. Dentist said Invisalign can help some.
