What is the highest percentage of TCA used by doctor's your face?

I find that lasers work better , but jessners + TCA 20-35% work very well but can have signficant downtime.  Pheol peels are the most aggressive.  Best, Dr. Emer.

For a solid medium depth peel , most physicians would use a 30 or 35% peel on the face and drop to lower concentrations on the neck and upper chest.  A light peel which is one that you would repeat more often for less of an effect and less downtime would be 15-20%

There are different concentrations/ percentages of TCA (trichloroacetic acid) peels, and generally the higher the percentage, the stronger the peel.  I use 15% and 30% TCA peels, and apply 1-3 layers, depending on the areas treated.  While most patients tolerate the 15% peel with minimal discomfort, the 30% peel is fairly intense; I find that patient (and my) comfort is greatest when using sedation with this peel.  Seek out a dermatologist, plastic surgeon, or facial plastic surgeon who performs skin resurfacing regularly, and schedule a consultation with him/ her to discuss your concerns and come up with a treatment plan.  Best of luck.
