I've had my implants for 2 years now. Last night I went to roll over from my right side to my left and I literally could feel my implant and it was if something was pulling it the opposite direction from which I was rolling. Now today my pectorial muscle is so achey and very sore. I'm worried I could have damaged my implant.

If the bicep pain you are experiencing is the result of positional placement on the OR table which likely stretched some of the nerves, the pain should resolve on its own. If the pain does not subside within the next week or so, follow up with your PS.
A tugging or pulling feeling is normal after BA, especially with large implants. This is because the skin is stretched to give space for the implants, thus a pulling sensation can be felt especially at the incision sites where the skin is not yet solidly attached to each other. Pain management...
