Bathing is fine after your treatment. Bruising can get worse if you drink alcohol so soon after your treatment. You may want to wait a couple of days, or longer if you have excessive bruising.

Usually the precautions after Botox are not laying down or alcohol for 2-3 hours. You can bathe the same day of your injectables.

Creases in the chin could be caused by attachments of the mentalis muscle to the skin and subcutaneous tissue. Botox and Dysport work great to improve these. Other creases could be from the marionette lines and pre jowl sulcus which can be improved with dermal fillers and a chin implant.
Some people develop a transverse lip line with smiling. This possibly can be softened with botox but it may affect movement of the upper lip.
