Replacing crowns is not cheap, unfortunately. Also, based on the protrusion, the roots may have been slightly displaced by your accident or grew that way naturally. It is difficult to tell just from a photo. Normally, you have two options to fix protrusions like that, which is either crowns and veneers or orthodontia. As the rest of your teeth appear to be straight or nearly straight, orthodontics probably are not the solution you are looking for. A pair of new crowns which are shaped for the result you want are likely your best bet. Be absolutely clear with your dentist about what you want, and if at all possible seek out a dentist who specializes in reconstructive and cosmetic dentistry.As far as the receding gumline, it looks like there may be an implant involved here, just on the basis of the photo, since I see a bit of grey. However, without the ability to look at a CT-scan or X-ray, it's very hard for me to make a diagnosis. A receding gumline could be due to a number of causes, but will need to be fixed. How long has your gum been receding? 

You have a very difficult situation here.  There isn't an easy fix or a cheap fix for that.  I would recommend you start with your family doctor or someone in your area that specialized in difficult cosmetic cases. 

I have to agree, your teeth are quite prominent.  I would suggest you find a good esthetic dentist who will evaluate your situation and give you your options.  It will probably require redoing these crowns.  Orthodontics may also be a consideration though it is hard to tell from your pictures.  Have a consult with a good dentist and then make a decision which way to go.  Good luck!
