I realized today when i was brushing my teeth that i now have a chipped tooth! i've had invisalign since june so i'm on my 11th tray but will be going onto my 12th in a day. Do i get my tooth fixed now or after treatment? it is causing pain in the tooth that's chipped. it's also not on top but like a layer of my tooth was scraped off in front, it's a tiny spot and is rough compared to my smooth teeth. So do i get it fixed now and if i do do i get a whole new set of trays?

You have a very difficult situation here.&nbsp; There isn't an easy fix or a cheap fix for that.&nbsp; I would recommend you start with your family doctor or someone in your area that specialized in difficult cosmetic cases.&nbsp;

Due to injury, I had to have my two front teeth crowned as a teen. Now I am left with two huge front teeth, that are not only oversized, but stick out, and my gums receding. I hate them. What would be the cheapest possible way to correct them please? Please help me... I'm incredibly embarrassed.

I had braces for two years in high school but after my permanent lower retainer came off and my wisdom teeth came in the lower teeth crowding began and has gotten worse over the years. My orthodontist recommended getting the front lower tooth that's being pushed out removed and traditional braces for only my lower teeth. I'm a working professional and would prefer a less noticeable alternative such as Invisalign. What options do I have? Thanks for the help in advance!

It is bigger, have you sent this picture to your dentist?&nbsp; If not make an appointment with him to review the size and shape.&nbsp; You may want to bring the lab tech into this appointment so he can see it first hand.&nbsp; Stay with you dentist and let him and the lab make this right. I just had my veneers redone. During the first attempt, the front left didnt fit correctly. The dentist sent it back but did the other 5. I went back a week later for the 6th. I think when he put the 5th and 6th in, they weren't set as far back as the right side when it came time to put the front one in, it stuck out farther than the right one but is lined up with the other 2 left ones. I also think I should get the first set of molars done.

Does front left Veneer look too big &amp; ridiculous? Is it possible to correct it with the other Veneers already in place?...

I recommend you start with an orthodontic consult, this can help the "gap" and you can discuss options about the missing teeth.&nbsp; Implants are a good solution to missing teeth and this might be the way to go for you and that would be a consultation with an oral surgeon.

I just turned 16. I really don't like my gap and I was born without my adult upper laterals On the left and ride side of my two front teeth. I have a partial right now so I don't think braces would be able to fix my gap. I don't want my partials because the teeth look really little (in person)

You best bet would be to get the case transferred first so he can take a look at it.&nbsp; Then make an appointment for a consultation so he can meet you and evaluate where you are at.&nbsp; Once that has happened the dentist can then discuss options with Invisalign. It sounds like you got a mid-course correction if the original buttons where removed and new impressions where taken.

I recently moved overseas and am in the process of transferring my Invisalign case. While my new dentist has not yet seen my Clin-check information (awaiting forms to be finalised) he is concerned that my attachments weren't completely removed when my previous dentist took my last impressions and the new set of 20 aligners I've received won't be suitable. He wants to possibly retake the impressions. If this is the case and requires a new set of aligners, would Invisalign cover these costs?

My mom says I look fine and I think do I look better in person but it still bothers me. My one canine tooth bothers me because it sticks out a little bit and the one next to it seems to be too far in so I look terrible in pictures. I still have an overbite as well . I would recommend that you go back to the original dentist.&nbsp; They have an obligation to you to do the work correctly.&nbsp; The lab is also responsible for making sure this crown fits correctly.&nbsp;

Crown did not fit properly, dentist did a lot of grinding, after crown did not look natural (shapeless, shapeless). I asked her to send it back to lab. She argued. I told I am going to another dentist, they were angry. They unhappily told that they can correct it and if I am going to another dentist they are going to charge me directly $1300 for their job (time in office and improper crown). Insurance will not pay if the crown is not delivered into my mouth. Can they charge me directly?

it is the smaller tooth left of the two front main, most of the bottom of tooth is gone and now I have a cavity in it. How does this effect the repair process? Is it costly?
