Why do my eyes look totally different from different lights and how to fix it?

If I take pictures, videos, or look into the mirror inside a house,room,. my eyes look fine. But when I go outside and take pictures or even videos it looks totally different. How come this differences and how to fix it? The first two images shows my eyes inside. The third and fourth image shows me outside and the fifth image shows my desired result So my desired result is a smooth transition from my eyelids to my cheeks.I actually don't really care if my lower eyelids are a bit thicker
