Specific instructions should be reviewed with your surgeon. In general, I have patients wear a sports bra throughout the early post-op period as much as possible. By about 6 weeks they can go into a regular bra and do not have to wear it at night.

In my experience, most breast reduction patients wouldn't feel comfortable doing this for about 3-5 weeks following surgery. It's best to discuss this with your surgeon. These are the kind of instructions we would give out to patients during a 2 week follow-up visit which allows us to assess the healing in the early post-operative phase.
Your plastic surgeon will always be your best resource when it comes to specific postoperative instructions. In my practice, patients are able to lie completely flat one week after the procedure is performed. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be very pleased with.
It is very hard to tell from your photos what your surgery was but given the look and length of your incision I would guess it was a breast reduction. Numbness and tingling are normal post-op and eventually resolve. If your bra is rubbing on your scar during exercise this could cause some pain....

It is not unusual to have some wound healing issues at the joins of the incisions. As long as there is no underlying fat necrosis / infection / seroma this should heal relatively quickly. It sounds like your PS is treating you appropriately and this should all heal.
