Following breast cancer 7 years ago i had a mastectomy and augmentation. It would now appear that one of the implants have burst, not sure when. Reading some information i have been suffering various side affects for the last couple for years: Brain fog, weight gain, chest pain, back ache are the main effects. I am waiting for an MRI and suspect i may need them removed, But then what...dont want to be left flat chested but dont want to endue these side effects..help

Thank you for your question. After six months from a fat grafting procedure, the amount of fat is stable. The resorption of fat usually takes place in the first six months with most of this in the first three months. Best of luck.
This tightness feeling can happen, and does fairly often. Good news is, it will go away, and your tissues, including the Alloderm, will relax fairly soon. In the meantime, you can take some muscle relaxants if you're having muscle spasms to see if that helps.
It sounds like you need a thorough review of your history and a detailed exam. I also incorporate 3D imaging in all of these cases to establish the volume differences between the two reconstructions. We would be happy to help if you can travel.
