EVLT 12 weeks back, Now I am feeling warmth and sometimes burning pain when I stand or sit. Is this issue to be worried?

I am 31 year old. I had incompetent SFV and varicosity of GSV in left limb. My doc performed flush ligation and EVLT. I had surgical pains for about 4 weeks. After that I was feeling quite normal. But suddenly from last two weeks (10 weeks after surgery) I am feeling burning and warm in my entire leg. When I stand for 5 minutes there is some swell near ankle on lateral side. I went back to doctor he mentioned it has passing pain and prescribed some tablets. But I am not relieved from pain.

It’s a little unusual to have it this late. I would recommend going back to your vein treatment provider and having him look at it. It’s likely not anything too serious, but not something you want to ignore. Best of luck!

If you are having delayed pain, it may be simple late inflammation (phlebitis), which is possible. It is important to have an ultrasound of the area to confirm that, exclude a deep vein thrombosis (DVT or blood clot), and make sure it's not something else.

Most discomfort following EVLT is resolved by 4 to 6 weeks and most within 2 weeks.  You may be feeling some nerve irritation from the laser procedure or you may have another associated problem such as cellulitis. It is difficult to assess your problem without a picture or seeing you.  I would recommend ibuprofen and wet compresses to the tender areas and, if this does not help within 1 week, then follow up with your treating physician.

There are usually a series of procedures that need to be completed to get you more relief of the symptoms associated with venous reflux of insufficiency. The protocol we follow includes: endovenous ablation using either laser or radiofrequency followed by a phlebectomy for vericosities if needed and finally an ultra sound guided sclerotherapy to complete the process. 
Your symptoms maybe normal considering your legs are getting adjusted to a new norm, however, if you I would seek a second opinion accompanied by an ultrasound to make sure nothing else is going on.
