Is it common to have more oily skin and tiny pimple bumps & rashes only on right side of face after 50% glycolic peel? (photos)

I did 50% glycoli feel for the first time at doctors office.my face had only one acne in my ride side and few acne marks. On the second day i got pimpls and rashes kind on my entire right side and my face was becoming very oil instead of dry and it dosnt flakes. Please help me i am i allergic to peel my skin is rough now
