Could RF Microneedling have caused festoons/malar bags? (Photo)

I had an RF treatment done (Pixel8) and had swelling in this area for 2-3 days. I didn’t notice it again until about 3 weeks later but now it has been consistently puffy and the skin flushes/gets warm. It’s been about 3 months. I’ve always had slight festoons but now it is very noticeable and makes me look older and tired. I’m concerned they are permanent. Has anyone seen this happen before? Normally it is a treatment FOR festoons and malar bags.
