Microdermabrasion removes the surface layer of the skin and exposes the more sensitive cells beneath. Various techniques are employed by different providers that may be more aggressive, and your skin type may be more sensitive to both the microdermabrasion and laser treatments. I would recommend waiting at least a week before having any kind of laser tretment in an area which was treated with microdermabrasion.
