I'm asking about a VERTICAL back lift only, no bra lift, no horizontal scar. Is this possible for me?

Your back has excess skin horizontally and vertically. Horizontal incision removes horizontal excess and vertical incision removes vertical excess. Yes, you could undergo a vertical back lift and the scar would be directly over the spine.
