Can Alastin skincare be used for a facelift and fat grafting?

I’m planning on having a facelift and neck lift with full face fat grafting. I read that Alastin Regenerating Skin Nectar is good for lasers, peels, microneedling. Can it be used two weeks before and two weeks after a facelift with fat grafting too? Thank you so much!!
