Botox and Baclofen interaction - is this safe?

Question

Currently I am considering getting Botox for the first time for the frown lines in between my eyebrows. Have read that muscle relaxing medication can interact with the Botox. I am taking Baclofen 15mg per day, is this safe?

Thank you for the question.   There is no interaction between the two drugs, as they act in very different ways.  Good luck!

The doses of Botox used for aesthetic injections are very small comparing to those used in treatment of spinal cord related spasticity along with the Baclofen. Therefore, there should be no interference of Baclofen with aesthetic use of Botox.
