Botox and Baclofen interaction - is this safe?

Currently I am considering getting Botox for the first time for the frown lines in between my eyebrows. Have read that muscle relaxing medication can interact with the Botox. I am taking Baclofen 15mg per day, is this safe?

There should not be any reason why getting blood drawn the day before getting Botox injections. The blood being drawn will not effect your botox and your injections will not change the results of your blood work. Hope this helps!

It is certainly possible to have ptosis after 8 days.  I can take up to 2 weeks to achieve the maximum effect, but 8 days is plenty to start seeing something.  Pictures would be useful to help figure it out.  You should definitely go see your injector and have them take a look.

Thank you for sharing your question.  I would recommend seeing your injector in follow up to identify the cause of the swelling. This may have been due to the injection causing a deeper seated bruise but it may also indicate ineffective paralysis of the musculature.  Hope this helps.
