Is it safe to have subcision for acne scars after multiple Infini RF treatments?

In my opinion, I would have the subcision either before the infini OR at the same time. If the tethers are released, more collagen can be deposited and the scars  can lift. Find an acne scar expert. Ask to see photos.

In order to obtain the best results with infini, collagen needs to be stimulated. This is why multiple treatments are required- the more treatments, the more collagen is produced. Subcision will release tethered scars and collagen will be deposited under the scar allowing lifting. For this reason, I would do submission during an infini treatment.

As discussed, subcsion is performed during the procedure. This is how most dermatologist and plastics perform acne scar revision- namely combined procedures. I do believe that after your 4 combination sessions you sill will require 3-4 stand alone subcsion filler sessions to compete your revision process.
