Is it safe to have subcision for acne scars after multiple Infini RF treatments?

I have a question that might be a bit dumb but need to know...... Im about to receive 4 infini RF tx all spaced out about a month for acne scarring...is it a smart idea to get an aggressive subcision after my last infini, or would all the collagen be cut down from the subcision that was built from the infini rf treatments?? Thank you
