Poor healing following Infini RF - what can be done?

I had infini done a little over a month ago and it seems I’m having very poor healing. I had an excellent after care system. I still have redness, lots of deeply pitted grid marks. I didn’t have any acne scarring on this side of my cheek and you can clearly all the textural differences. Also all the deep grid marks along my chin. When I wear makeup it settles into these pitted marks and looks very unfavorable. My doctor is great and reassuring that this will resolve. Any advice?

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist for after care. I suggest LED therapy, growth factors, proper after care. I always combine microneedling with prp and lasers to get the best outcomes. Best, Dr. Emer

Hard to comment without photos. With my limited ( over 3000 cases) of Infini, even at high levels 90% of grids and demarkation will settle down within 6 months.
