Are these deep folds next to my mouth, along with the puffiness, caused by sagging skin (another doctor said it’s skin relaxation,) or are they caused by volume loss? If it’s from sagging skin, I don’t know how to correct it since every doctor I’ve asked refuses to do a surgical lift. Thanks!
