Renuva for post-CO2 atrophy/severe volume loss on scalp? (Photos)

Question

I suffered severe volume loss from a fractional Co2 procedure a year ago. I have deep channels in the demarcation zones on my scalp at the parietal regions that run down my frontal bone towards my orbital sockets. I also have hollowing on my forehead and multiple dents. All developed 4-6 months after laser. Would Renuva be appropriate? What options do I have? Will travel for expert injector.

Renuva it’s probably not the treatment of choice, though if you find providers that have proven track record with both quantity and quality of long-term before and after pictures, then you could consider it.
Very carefully done fat transfer is probably the way to go.
I suggest first and foremost trying to find the most experienced provider, then moving forward in a conservative manner, recognizing that restoration may take a couple of procedures.
Your situation is unique so no one is going to have a lot of experience treating this exact problem.
Look for providers who have a lot of experience with facial fat transfer and always confirm after pictures represent long-term outcomes.
