Would dermabrasion be helpful for my lip lift scar? (photos)

Manual dermasanding--a form of dermabrasions-- is not an unreasonable procedure for this kind of issue, and has been used for many decades for improving all kinds of scars, including post-surgical scars, as in this case. Downtime and the possibility of scarring can be an issue with dermabrasion. I have personally found professionally performed microneedling to be a safer and effectrive method for dealing with these kinds of issues and has the additional advantage of little to no significant downtime or risk of additional scarring. Fractional lasers such as Fraxel, erbium, and CO2 laser can be combined with radio frequency and also fractional RF to improve textual issues and microtopography. Subcision and TCA cross are also used for deep ice pick scars and narrow valley scars in order to improve the micro texture.
