I’ve noticed over the past year that more of these bumps are appearing on my face and they are covering an inch of my face on both sides They don’t itch or hurt and I’m not sure what they are but I’m worried incase they spread. Is there anything that can help with this?

I dont know the source of your sand paper but if it is not a medical grade, it may have ingredients...
