The simple answer to your question is Absolutely. Fillers, for many years, have been used to add volume to the face. The older you get the more volume you lose. Therefore, the more you would benefit from volume restoration. A vast majority of people have also used the wrong skin care and developed wrinkles and lines. Although we had rarely used fillers in the dermis until the introduction of some of the newer ones because of the Tyndall effect (a blue or green line where the filler was placed), we now have fillers that do not cause the lines and we can treat lines and wrinkles with skin care, fillers and microneedling and get results comparable to leveling peels and laser without the prolonged recovery. A huge number of my filler patients are over 70 and are as happy, if not more so, than my younger patients.
