Hi, I’m only 19 and have hollow temples. I was wondering if it’s too early to get fillers and if there would even be a real change with the fillers? I included a photo as well. Thank you in advance.

I'm sorry that you have had poor results from your FaceTite treatment. You can consider fillers to help with volume loss. Another longer term option is Sculptra. If you have not already, I encourage you to return to the provided who performed your FaceTite treatment to discuss your concerns.
Volume, Radiesse or Restylane Lyft can all be used in the midface and provide good support. They are frequently used to bring back a fuller more youthful cheek and reshape this area.
Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
