Tretinoin caused under eye pigmentation/ sun spots (Photo)

Female 180 cm 27 years old 54 kg I’ve been using tret every night for two years (stieva A 0.05%) I’m not sure if it’s related to the tret but I have developed what looks to be pigmentation or sun spots under both eyes. I do put the tret under my eyes. (just Until my cheek bone, which is where these pigmented spots are ) I no longer peel from tret at all.
