Is this milia? Can I treat it with microdermabrasion? (Photo)

Original295963
Recently popped up on my face out of no where, and doesn’t seem like anything i’m using works. My face is usually extremely dry. Was planning on getting a microdermabrasion facial, but I’m not sure if that’s what I need or what I do need to get rid of it. It is mainly on my chin, and lower cheek area. Isn’t painful, but can sometimes itch
