Scar Removal for Indented Scar on Forehead?

Hi there, I have an indented scar on my forehead since i was 5, i am now 23 years old. What are the best procedures to removal this scar and what results can i be expecting? Will the scar still be indented after surgery? Can the scar be repositioned? And lastly what other follow up procedures can improve the appearance of the new scar after surgery to get the best results. Any feedback is much appreciated !
